Looks like one of the rear wheels so I would guess one calliper is for the regular brakes and the other for the hydraulic handbrake.

It's actually really normal for drift cars to have 2, ones the handbrake. Some production cars even have double calipers, the Ferrari 360 Modena had separate pads for braking and parking brake.

The Rolls Royce Silver Shadow came with 2 calipers per wheel, so 8 in total, but I doubt it'll be doing any handbrake turns!
